At JacksonBlakeman we acknowledge our people as being our greatest asset. We strive to develop their strengths and invest heavily in our team to ensure they can reach their potential.

Work-life balance is an often overused term but one which we take very seriously. We try to be as accommodating as possible in terms of family commitments, school events etc. which parents need to give priority. Aside from this we also like to keep our team fresh with new ideas and put some real fun into our work lives.

We regularly hold training sessions out of the office environment (Eastwood Hill Arboretum most recently) and at least annually we like to surprise our team members with an excursion that builds teamwork and gets us out of our comfort zone. Past examples include horse-trekking, a 4 wheel motorbike farm tour, clay-bird shooting and most recently wild stingray feeding with Dive Tatapouri.
